Rita Crews Rita is a Broker and shares her time between support staff and property management. Rita joined Miller Hatcher in 1987, and has been managing property since 1995. Her specialties include residential and apartment property management and leasing, accounting and bookkeeping. Rita has additional experience in customer service and administrative work. Rita has served in all offices of the Property Management Division (PMD) of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors (Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President) and is a Director for PMD for 2005. Rita was also named by her peers as Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtor’s Property Manager of the Year for 2004. Rita is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors (WSRAR) and participates in continuing educational opportunities in her field of specialty.
