W. Rod Hatcher, CCIM, President Rod is the Broker-in-Charge for South Carolina and has been in commercial real estate since 1975. In 1991 Rod merged his commercial real estate business, Carolina Commercial Brokers, with Miller Jones & Associates to form Miller Hatcher Commercial Real Estate. Rod also has experience as a general contractor. Rod has listed and sold some of the largest industrial buildings in Forsyth County including the 865,000 square foot AT&T facility, the 330,000 square foot Gravely Facility, and the 370,000 square foot Flakt building on Lowery Street. Rod was the developer of Ridgewood Industrial Park and numerous medical office buildings. Rod works with a broad range of clients such as McDonald’s whom he has represented in the Triad and Western Piedmont area since 1987. His specialties include Tenant Representation for retail and industrial properties, Commercial Sales, Multifamily Purchase and Sales, and Investment Real Estate Purchase and Sales.  Rod received a BA from Guilford College in 1974 and then moved to Winston-Salem. He is past president of the Winston-Salem Jaycees and past chairman of the Winston-Salem Commercial Listing Exchange. Rod holds the prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).   Both Rod and Charles are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors (WSRAR), the Commercial and Industrial Division of the WSRAR, and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce.
