Philip Price Phil is a Broker and joined Miller Hatcher, Inc. in 2007. Phil’s past careers have been varied, including teaching elementary school, sales for a Fortune 500 company, and operating a small business. He served for 12 years as Mayor of the City of Eden, and during his terms oversaw the acquisition and remodeling of a former Fieldcrest-Cannon office building for use as the new City Hall, and the development of Freedom Park, Eden’s premier city park. His passion was in industrial recruitment, working with a number of companies to bring new jobs to the area. Phil holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife, Louise, both avid preservationists, live in a restored 1912 former bank building in the Spray Industrial National Register Historic District in Eden.
